Basic Foundation of Every Diet

Natural food contains enzymes, amino acids and other important elements that are essential for your cell life.

High fiber 35 grams per day
Omega oils 2-3 grams per day
Probiotics 5-6 billion live cultures per day
Enzymes
Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) in small amounts
Water soluble vitamins (B complex, and C)
 
Your body does not run on fumes, it needs whole food in order for your cells to remain alive and to function properly.  Without a good source of whole foods, you are headed toward chronic disease.   Avoid dying prematurely, before your appointed time.    I encourage you to use nutritional wisdom in your food choices.  What you eat matters.  His Kingdom is not about meat and drink, but it is about discipline and self-control in the Holy Spirit, and it is about using Wisdom.
