Juice Plus +

There is no substitution for eating a wide variety of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Children need at least 7-13 servings a day, and adults need 9-13 servings a day of raw fruits and vegetables in order for our bodies to maintain healthy cells. But if you are like most people, you are not doing this. I have found an excellent way to bridge the gap between what I am doing and what I should be doing.
